The Fear Audit

Name the exact thing you're afraid of. Then watch it shrink.

By the end of this lesson

You'll have replaced a vague dread with a concrete, solvable list.

Fear thrives in fog. So let's turn on the lights. Almost every blocker people feel about AI is one of six things — and each one has a small, real antidote.

The six fears, disarmed

  1. 1“It's too technical.” → You'll never memorize syntax. You'll describe what you want in plain words — in your own language — and the AI handles the rest.
  2. 2“I'll break something.” → Not anything that matters, if you work in a fresh project folder — which is exactly how we'll work. Every experiment is a throwaway, redone in minutes.
  3. 3“I don't know where to start.” → We hand you the exact first click. There is always a next single step.
  4. 4“I'm not smart enough.” → Smart isn't the requirement. Curious and persistent is. You're already both — you're here.
  5. 5“I don't know what to build.” → Your very first build is scripted for you, and after that you pick from a menu of dozens of ready ideas. The blank page is the enemy; we remove it.
  6. 6“It's overhyped — I'll burn an evening and get a broken demo.” → Fair. Don't take our word: in Module 4 you'll run it on your own machine and judge the result with your own eyes.
Reframe

You are not behind. The field is so new that a motivated beginner today is ahead of where experts were 24 months ago. Lateness is a lie the algorithm sold you.

Your turn

Pick the fear that hit hardest. That's the one your first build will quietly destroy. Keep going — you'll be building for real in a few modules.
