Awesome Claude Skills is a set of pre-built and curated Claude Skills & Plugins by Composio. “This repository contains a comprehensive and curated list of 1000+ production ready and practical Claude Skills & Plugins to boost your productivity in various usecases on Claude.ai, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Antigravity and many more”, states the authors. A skill is a folder consisting of a SKILL.md file which has some YAML metadata and plain text documentation on how to teach Claude to do a particular task (e.g., generate SQL queries, process PDF files, summarize excel sheets, create gifs, analyze meetings, etc.). This repository also provides access to more than 1000 integrations with various other tools through Composio MCP Gateway. Some of these tools are Slack, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace, Trello, GitHub, etc. The best part is that you can write skills using nothing but plain markdown. This repo was published in October 2025 and has already received more than 75,000 stars.
Why a vibe-coder should care
Using this directory, a vibecoder can browse through the skills, find one that suits his requirement (e.g., PDF Processing or Get data from Notion), and copy-paste its SKILL.md file into his Claude Code project. From then on, Claude will be able to reliably carry out the required task without needing further instruction.
