ZhipuAI’s first multimodal GLM-5 model in GGUF — GLM-5.3 Flash!
Unsloth has released a GGUF for ZhipuAI’s GLM-5.3-Flash, the first natively multimodal model in the GLM-5 family.
GLM-5.3-Flash is a natively multimodal model in ZhipuAI’s GLM-5 series, which unlike other GLM models, handles both text and images in a single API call. It follows a Mixture-of-Experts approach with a total of 320 billion parameters, and 18 billion being used per call. It can handle up to 300,000 tokens of context, which is more than enough for multiple long documents. It outperforms the previous GLM-5.2 model on all benchmarks. Ideal for agentic purposes, code generation and image-based document analysis. This GGUF is available for Ollama, but it needs to be run on high-end servers with hundreds of gigabytes of RAM.
Why a vibe-coder should care
GLM-5.3-Flash is the new gold standard for multimodal document analysis, image processing and agentic use cases. Developed by ZhipuAI, the creators of the reputable GLM models.

Server-grade hardware — you can't run this at home: the full model takes around 160 GB even in 4-bit compression. Available via API from cloud providers.
