Anthropic Embeds Independent Auditors Inside Its Model Training

Anthropic announced a partnership with Accenture. Employees of the consulting firm work inside Anthropic as embedded independent auditors. They monitor model training and development decisions, and they communicate directly with engineers. Both companies will invest at least $1 billion each over five years.

This is not an external audit conducted after release. The auditors are inside the process from the very beginning. Claude's behavior is documented in real time, not only in a card published after launch. Whether this will make agent scenarios more stable is something practice will show, but this approach seems more honest to me than a post-release certificate.
