Digital employees
Free, open-source AI staff you set up by talking to your agent
Digital employees are free, open-source AI staff. You paste one sentence to your own AI agent — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok or any other — and the agent installs and configures the employee for you.
Your data stays with you, because the tools run on your machine and make no network calls. Every employee here comes from a real case in a live company, published as a technical report with a DOI.
№1 · hireburn
AI HR hunter
The AI HR hunter reaches out to candidates, runs the first interview with your AI avatar, and shows where your hiring funnel leaks.
How it works
- 1You record your AI avatar once, with a window, a phone and twenty minutes.
- 2Outreach on LinkedIn runs at a human pace with pauses and daily caps, and a person presses “send”, never the tool.
- 3The avatar runs the first interview, and the candidate page tells people they are talking to an AI avatar before they press Start.
- 4Then you see where the funnel leaks: no-shows, stalled stages, and AI labels against who is still working on day N.
«Install hireburn from github.com/arsentev-ai/hireburn and set it up for my vacancy: ask me about the role, write my avatar recording script, build the candidate page with AI disclosure, and plan LinkedIn outreach at a human pace.»
Paste it into any AI agent: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok — whichever you use. It installs the employee, asks you about your work and sets everything up.
