Turn any idea or codebase into an interactive diagram you can share
Archify is an AI-agent skill that turns a description of your system or plan into an interactive HTML diagram you can click through and send to anyone.
It's a skill for AI agents — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenCode. You describe your idea in words or let the agent read your repository, and it draws a diagram.
When it helps
Useful when you need to quickly show an architecture, a workflow, or the structure of someone else's repo. Skip it if a plain text description is enough or you don't use an AI agent.
Pros
- Diagram is interactive: clickable nodes, path highlighting, light/dark theme
- Output is one HTML file — opens in any browser, no install to view it
- Runs on a regular laptop — no GPU or cloud API keys needed
- Barely phones home, never sends your code or prompts
Cons
- Diagram shows what the agent understood, not real runtime code behavior
- Needs an AI agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenCode) to run
How to set it up — step by step
- 1Open your AI agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or OpenCode) in your project folder.
- 2Send the agent the text from the block below to install the skill.
- 3Describe your system in your own words, or ask the agent to read your repository.
- 4Ask it to draw a diagram — architecture, workflow, sequence, data flow, or lifecycle.
- 5Open the resulting HTML file in a browser and check the connections and path.
- 6Refine it in chat — ask to add a component or highlight a specific path.
Text for your agent
Copy this and send it to your agent — Claude Code, Codex, any of them:
Install the Archify skill from https://github.com/tt-a1i/archify (command: npx skills add tt-a1i/archify -g), then describe my system to it or point it at a repo — have it draw an interactive HTML diagram and open it in the browser.
Runs on a regular laptop — only Node.js is needed, no GPU and no cloud API keys.
