Foreman is an open-source AI software factory template powered by the eve framework. It integrates with GitHub and Linear and processes all labeled tasks through a series of 4 agents: a Classifier to sort requests and ask follow-up questions when needed, an Analyst to generate an implementation plan based on a live clone of the repo and define acceptance criteria, an Implementer to carry out the plan in an isolated environment, execute project-specific tests, and commit changes to a branch, and finally, a Reviewer who examines only the diff (not the Implementer’s thought process) and provides a judgement along with supporting details. When not running, Foreman keeps a live factory memory, a collection of notes about the repo that all agents start with. Deploying Foreman is as simple as clicking the Vercel button to automatically set up GitHub & Linear integrations.
