$55M Agent Auditing: AIUC Is Building SOC 2 for AI
AIUC runs AI agents through 5,000 tests covering jailbreaks, hallucinations, and data leaks, then delivers a 100-page security report. Clients include Cursor, Lovable, Harvey, and ElevenLabs.
AIUC has raised $55M — a $15M seed round and a $40M Series A from Ribbit Capital — to certify AI agents. The startup runs each agent through 5,000 tests covering jailbreaks, hallucinations, and data leaks, then delivers a 100-page security report. It already has clients: Cursor, Lovable, Harvey, and ElevenLabs.
As a vibe coder who deploys agents in Claude Code every day, I get it: right now most teams ship agents and hope for the best. AIUC is doing for AI agents what SOC 2 did for cloud services — formal verification of predictable behavior. This is the infrastructure layer we've been missing.
