Anthropic Reaches $65B Annualized Revenue — A 7x Increase Over the Past 8 Months!
Anthropic’s annualized revenue was at $65B by the end of July 2026. This is a 7x growth in just 8 months! Meanwhile, OpenAI doubled its revenue (from $20B to $40B) during the same time frame. But Anthropic is growing faster.
Anthropic’s annualized revenue was at $65B by the end of July 2026. This is a 7x growth in just 8 months! In comparison, at the end of 2025 it was only $9B. So they grew 7x within 8 months. They also gained $18B of revenue between May–July; previously it was at $47B.
OpenAI doubled its revenue (from $20B to $40B) during the same time frame. This is also great! But Anthropic is growing faster compared to the beginning of the year and from a larger revenue base.
IPO and Valuation
Anthropic has already submitted confidential IPO papers. According to Bloomberg and Financial Times, they are aiming for a $2T valuation, which will make this the biggest ever IPO on the stock market. Their last publicly known valuation was $965B (May 2026, $65B funding round). Analysts estimate that they will have $100–120B of revenue by the end of 2026.
