Meta Launches Muse for Small Business

Meta has released a version of its Muse AI agent built specifically for small business owners. The agent gets direct access to ad accounts and analytics in Facebook and Instagram. According to the company, Muse reviews financial numbers and sales data, then suggests a growth plan based on that. It also works with outside services like Shopify, QuickBooks, Notion, and Stripe. Meta says the service will stay free for most tasks. A paid subscription will only be needed for heavy use.

An agent like this could replace several paid tools at once: ad analytics, a reporting assistant, and part of the bookkeeping routine. The Shopify and Stripe integration gives the agent real sales data, not just ad clicks. I would not trust it with ad budget decisions without a check. Agents like this are good at pulling together a report. They are not good at sensing when the numbers do not add up. That part I would still check myself.
