META Presents Muse, an Artificial Intelligence that Can Shop for You and Haggle on WATSAPP!
Muse, the AI-powered shopping assistant that operates within WhatsApp, was just released by Meta. It can make purchases on its own, reserve trips, and haggle over prices using Stripe Links. It’s also the world’s first bot to offer purchase protection.
A brand-new conversational agent has been developed by Meta. The AI-driven solution is named “Muse” and is based on WhatsApp. Users can shop with it, book travel, and bargain for the best rates using one-time use Stripe Links. Muse is a first of its kind because it provides customers with buyer protection by paying them back if something goes wrong (e.g., the product breaks) or if there is a significant price change. The system displays each step before making any requests.
The bot resides within the chat platform and is completely autonomous, having no external application to download. It functions by running in an isolated virtual machine environment and keeping the chat history out of the company’s advertising profile.
