StepFun released a browser-based music studio — describe the genre and mood, get a track; also arranges vocals and remixes existing audio.
StepAudio 3 Music Studio is a web app developed by StepFun(stepfun-ai), an AI company specialized in audio. As described in the app page, “It can be used to compose music, arrange vocal and remix songs.” Users can specify the music style and emotion, then get a song from the model. Or they can arrange vocal on an existing song generated by the model, or remix an input song. This app is built with Gradio and runs completely in your web browser. No installation needed! Hosted on Hugging Face Spaces for free.

If you are a content creator and need some unique music for your videos/podcasts/etc., here is a straightforward way to get it for free and run it in your web browser. StepFun is a professional AI company, not a side project. I will use this to generate some background music when I don’t want to use other people’s copyrighted music.
