Covered scenarios include restaurants with no online booking, a doctor's office waiting list, and canceling a cable subscription. Muse was downloaded 730,000 times in the United States after launch and reached second place in the app store rankings.
Instinct raised $350 million in August at a $2.5 billion valuation and is currently in talks for a round at $10 billion. I have long seen the phone channel as a gap in agent pipelines. Where there is no API or online form, the agent simply could not reach the task before.
