Free React Landing Page Template for Startups

I've been asking agents to build landing pages for small projects and it's always the same story. The agent does its job, technically everything works, but the result looks like... a demo. A gray box with some text. No character, no real layout, just sections sitting there without any sense of design. The problem isn't the agent — its that there's no starting point.

React Landing Page Template fixes that. It's a free, clean one-page startup template — hero section with a tagline, a features block, portfolio, team, and a contact form. All the sections a real company landing page needs, already designed and laid out. Over 1600 stars on GitHub, MIT license. And the part that makes it actually useful for vibe-coders: every single piece of text — titles, descriptions, team names, feature labels — lives in one data.json file.

What makes this template genuinely vibe-coder friendly is that data.json. You don't need to touch any component code or understand how React works. Your agent clones the repo, you describe your project, and it just edits that one file. Titles, subtitles, features, team members, contact info — all in one place. The design stays intact. You just swap the words.

After that it opens in the browser at localhost:3000. You can see the full template with placeholder content — a startup called "ReactJS" with a team and features section. Your job (well, your agent's job) is to replace all of that with your actual project content.

2What to tell your agent

Clone https://github.com/issaafalkattan/React-Landing-Page-Template, run yarn install and yarn start. Then open data.json and replace all the placeholder content with real info about my project:
- Project name: [your project name]
- Tagline: [one sentence what it does]
- Features: [list what it does]
- Team: [if you want a team section, add names]
Keep the structure, just change the text and any placeholder image references.

There's also a V2 of this template — react-landing-page-template-2021 — which uses Next.js and Tailwind CSS if you want something more modern. Same author, same idea, bit more polished. Both are free and open source.
