Free HTML Landing Page Template: Start Bootstrap
A free, ready-to-use Bootstrap 5 HTML landing page template from Start Bootstrap. Download the pre-built HTML file and tell your agent to customize it for your product — hero, features, and testimonials sections already included. No design skills needed.
Building a landing page is one of the first real tests when you're vibe-coding a product. You describe what you want, the agent writes some HTML, and the result is... technically a page, but it doesn't look like something you'd actually want people to see. The problem isn't the agent — its that designing from scratch requires hundreds of small decisions about layout, spacing, typography, and color that are hard to specify in a prompt when you're not a designer yourself.
Start Bootstrap's landing page template sidesteps this entirely. Instead of building from an empty file, you hand the agent a real, professionally designed HTML template and say 'make this about my product.' The template is built on Bootstrap 5 and has all the sections a landing page actually needs, and it looks good by default — on desktop and on phones.

The whole thing is basically one HTML file plus some CSS and images. What's inside: a full-width hero section with a background image and a call-to-action button, three feature showcase sections where text and images alternate side by side, a testimonials row with three headshots and quotes, and a footer with a newsletter form. The design is clean without being flashy, and the agent can modify any of it by editing plain HTML.
What's inside the template
- 1Full-width hero section: background image, headline, sub-headline, and call-to-action button
- 2Three showcase sections: alternating image-and-text layout — swap in your product screenshots
- 3Testimonials row: three slots with photos, quotes, and attribution
- 4Footer: newsletter signup form and site navigation links
- 5Mobile responsive by default — no extra work needed for phones
How to hand this to your agent
git clone https://github.com/StartBootstrap/startbootstrap-landing-page.git
Once cloned, the file your agent should edit is `dist/index.html`. For basic use you don't need to install anything at all — that file can be opened directly in a browser to preview, and the agent can edit it without any build tools. The images in `dist/assets/img/` are what you replace with your own product screenshots or illustrations.
Clone the Start Bootstrap landing page from https://github.com/StartBootstrap/startbootstrap-landing-page and customize dist/index.html for my product: [describe what your product does]. Replace the hero headline and subheadline, update the three showcase sections with my features and replace the images with screenshots from dist/assets/img/, swap the testimonial text with placeholder quotes, and change the primary Bootstrap color to [your color].
The pre-built files in the dist/ folder are ready to use without any build step. Just edit the HTML and open it in a browser. If you want to customize the SCSS source or rebuild from scratch, that's what npm install + npm start are for — but for most vibe-coding use cases the dist/ files are enough.
A complete, mobile-ready HTML landing page template with a hero section, three feature showcases, testimonials, and a signup footer — all free under MIT license. Point your agent at dist/index.html, describe your product, and you'll have a polished landing page that doesn't look self-built.
