Amazon Shuts Down Meta’s Muse AI Assistant to Prevent Shopping
Amazon has blocked Meta’s Muse AI agent from accessing their website.
The Muse AI agent is blocked by Amazon. If you try to visit the website, you get this error message: “continued access by an unauthorized agent violates Amazon’s Terms of Service”. Amazon asked Meta to take down their website from the Muse AI agent. They haven’t done so.

I will only build shopping agents on platforms that explicitly allow them.
